Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up gymnastics. At the age of 17, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 after she quit the sport of gymnastics. In the year 17, she received her Pro Card one year later. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her college education. Then she came back in the year 2015 and carried on from her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a few years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals each year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of 2009. In addition, the 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros ever. Ariel completed her first six years of contest to earn her college diploma. Her return came in October of 2015, with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the competition. In summer 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia in which she won sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to be 6th place in the Fitness Division, despite being completely unprepared. It's not surprising that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The workouts she does to work her back are bent-over row on the machine with single arm lat pull downs. Ariel usually starts warming up and then proceeds on to the work outs. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. Supersetting all of the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
