Annmarie Fairweather, a highly experienced Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of expertise in the field. She has worked with top executives from a wide range of industries, helping them improve their company, especially during times of rapid expansion. She has been a key partner to translate human and business strategies into goals and strategic objectives for enterprises and plans has included organizational and performance planning as well as employee engagement, and change management. She believes that education is one of the key elements of leadership. Through her extensive work experience working in Fortune 500 as well as small- and midsized companies to coach and develop managers, and achieving results, she helped foster organizations that embrace learning innovation and change. Annmarie's passion for supporting Learning Ally has inspired her to dedicate all of her energy and efforts to this cause. Additionally, she supports a variety of non-profit organisations in her free time. Annmarie is part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization that is dedicated to helping women become leaders. Annmarie also offers training for the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
